Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your Buddy Friend purchase. If something is not right, contact us and include your order number.

30-day return requests

You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 days after delivery. Returned items should be unused, in the condition received, and returned with their original accessories, outfit pieces, tags, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for photographs or other information so we can resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after we issue a refund depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be returnable where permitted by law, including gift cards and products specifically made or personalised to a customer's individual instructions. Any such restriction will be clearly disclosed before purchase where applicable.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, cooling-off rights, or remedies that apply to you under the law of your country or region.
