These Terms govern your use of the Buddy Friend online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies displayed on the store. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Using the store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the store to commit fraud.

Product information

We try to display descriptions, photographs, colours, availability, and other information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and normal manufacturing variation can affect appearance. Minor variations in plush shape, stitching, positioning, or colour do not necessarily mean a product is defective.

Prices and errors

Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges are shown in the store or at checkout as applicable. We may correct obvious typographical, technical, pricing, or availability errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious error, unavailable stock, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel a paid order, applicable amounts will be refunded.

Store content, branding, original graphics, text, layout, and other materials owned by or licensed to Buddy Friend are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buddy Friend is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms.
