These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Buddy Friend through our online store and operate together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Build Your Buddy combinations

You choose a bear colour and an outfit option. Where No Outfit is selected, the order includes the selected bear without an outfit. Where an outfit is selected, the order includes the selected bear and selected outfit as described on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, Buddy Friend outfits are intended to be interchangeable across Buddy Friend bears.

Order process

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing your product options, delivery details, and order total. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and can be fulfilled.

Price and payment

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, together with applicable shipping charges and taxes. Payment must be successfully authorised or otherwise accepted through an available payment method.

Availability

Products and options are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer an alternative where appropriate or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

Delivery and returns

Shipping methods and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Product inspection

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
